Godliness with contentment is great gain, says the Holy Scripture. Do you love what you are doing?
Change for the sake of changing may be possible but it is rarely profitable. Dullness sets in, boredom, frustration; but through it all, you should know if you love what you are doing. There are 2 aspects of your life and work right now that will tell if you love what you are doing:
You engage in and enjoy the process; in other words, you’re enjoying the journey.
You see the long-term value and benefits of what you are doing; or put another way, you are looking forward to the destination.
There is a prize to be had for sticking with it. Do you love where you are going? Where are you headed and why are you going there- two questions that are easy to answer for people who are fulfilling their true calling in life.
What about you? Do you love what you’re doing and where you’re going? What needs to change in order for this to be reality in your life?
