Abortion working toward status as universal right

In light of Hillary Clinton’s remarks Thursday night, in which she stated that “cultural codes, religious views, and structural biases have to be changed” to support “reproductive health care,” I thought I’d reblog this post from last year that highlights Clinton’s purpose of making abortion and international human right. As sickening as that goal is, that’s what the big idea is. Two lies have been sold so well: it isn’t a child, and abortion is innocuous. “Abortion is a right” is next. We have to stop it. Pray, and speak up, andshut it down.

Clinton stresses reproductive rights at UN

“There is one lesson from the past, in particular, that we cannot afford to ignore: You cannot make progress on gender equality or broader human development, without safeguarding women’s reproductive health and rights,” Clinton said during the event tied to International Women’s Day, according to CNN. “That is a bedrock truth.” Read more.

I find the logic difficult to follow. Humanity can’t move forward without “reproductive rights,” which is essential to gender equality.
